Do you offer wholesale rates to galleries, shops and restaurants?

Most definitely - please get in touch via email 

How is your domestic shipping calculated?

For online sales, postage Australia wide is calculated at a flat rate of $15 per order. Larger orders placed directly with me are sent via courier and charged to the client once the courier's quote has been received.

Can I collect my order from your studio?

Yes if you’re in Sydney please contact me and we can arrange collection from my studio.

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes you can but as with anything handmade care should be taken. Thermal shock (very hot to very cold) must be avoided. 

How are your pieces made?

Each piece is thrown on the wheel in either porcelain or stoneware clay and fired to 1260 degrees . Plates are made from slabs of clay  - rather like making pastry - and hand formed. All glazes are designed and made by me.  My ceramics are all handmade in the studio at the bottom of my garden - sizes are approximate and some variations in form and glaze makes each piece unique. 

Can you fix my broken pot?

Unfortunately I do not offer a repair service.

I’ve seen something I like but it’s not on your store, can I order bespoke items from you?

Yes absolutely! I love woking with individuals and businesses to create something that is truely ‘yours’! I often find myself creating dinner sets or large one-off vases as wedding gifts or curated for a restaurant. My ramen bowls actually started with a passing comment from someone looking for the “perfect soup bowl”.

What if a piece arrives broken?

Quality, functionality and longevity are of the utmost importance in the creation of these wares however I cannot guarantee cracks, chips and breakages won't occur.

If a piece is damaged in shipping please get in contact within 24 hours of receiving with a photo of the piece and the damaged box so that a refund can be organised. Otherwise all sales are final .

I’ve seen something I like but it’s out of stock, can I still order it?
